You are solely responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. Pakistan has gambling restrictions in place, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and related provincial legislation. 698pkr does not provide legal advice and nothing in these Terms constitutes a representation that use of the Platform is lawful in Pakistan or any other jurisdiction. You must satisfy yourself as to the applicable legal position before registering or participating.
You must provide accurate, complete and current information during the registration process and must update your Account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false or misleading information — including a false name, date of birth, address, or identity document — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.
Each User may hold only one Account on the Platform. Opening duplicate or multiple Accounts, whether in your own name or using another person's details, is strictly prohibited. If duplicate Accounts are identified, the Operator reserves the right to merge, suspend or permanently close all associated Accounts and to void any bets or bonuses associated with them.
To access the full features of the Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing the required personal information, selecting a username and password, and agreeing to these Terms. Account registration is free of charge.
You are responsible for keeping your password and Account credentials confidential. You must not share your password with any third party. 698pkr will never ask you for your password through any unsolicited communication. You should contact our support team immediately at [email protected] if you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
Prior to processing any withdrawal, and at any time the Operator deems appropriate, you may be required to complete KYC verification by submitting copies of one or more of the following documents: a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerized National Identity Card), a valid passport, proof of residential address (such as a recent utility bill or bank statement), and/or a selfie or liveness-check photograph. Documents must be submitted only through the Platform's secure HTTPS portal. Never send sensitive identity documents through unencrypted email, SMS or chat channels.
698pkr reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its discretion, including where: (a) the User has breached these Terms; (b) there is suspicion of fraudulent, abusive or collusive activity; (c) KYC verification cannot be satisfactorily completed; or (d) the Operator is required to do so under applicable law or regulatory obligation. In cases of confirmed fraud or Terms breach, any balance may be forfeited.
The Platform is provided for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may access, browse and use the Platform exclusively in accordance with these Terms. Any other use — including commercial exploitation, data scraping, automated access, framing or deep-linking — is prohibited without prior written consent from 698pkr.
The Platform is optimised for use on modern web browsers and mobile devices. 698pkr makes reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability.
In using the Platform, you agree not to: (a) use the Platform in any manner that violates applicable law; (b) post, transmit or share any content that is unlawful, offensive, defamatory or harmful; (c) interfere with the proper operation of the Platform or its security features; (d) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile or extract source code from the Platform; or (e) use the Platform to launder money or conduct any financial crime.
All Account balances, deposits and withdrawals on the Platform are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Where a transaction is initiated in a different currency, conversion will apply at the exchange rate determined by the Operator or the relevant payment processor at the time of the transaction.
The payment methods available to you at any given time are displayed in the live cashier section of your Account. Familiar Pakistan-market payment references — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — may appear as options in the cashier. The listing of any payment provider does not imply that the provider endorses gambling or supports this Operator. Users must independently verify their payment provider's applicable terms and conditions.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits are set by the Operator and displayed in the cashier. You are encouraged to set personal deposit limits via the Responsible Gambling Tools in your Account settings before making your first deposit.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified in your Account. The Operator reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal. All bonuses, free bets and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside the relevant promotion. Where these specific terms conflict with the general Terms set out here, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence for that offer.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements, eligible games and timeframes will be stated in the applicable promotion's terms. Bets placed on certain markets or games may contribute at a reduced rate or may not qualify at all — check each promotion for details.
Bonuses are available to eligible registered users only. The Operator reserves the right to exclude any user from a promotion, or to withdraw a promotion at any time without notice, where there is evidence of abuse, exploitation of bonus terms, or where account eligibility criteria are not met.
Creating multiple Accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, using betting patterns designed to exploit bonus structures (commonly referred to as "bonus hunting" or "arbing"), or any other form of bonus abuse will result in the cancellation of bonus funds, reversal of associated winnings and potential permanent Account closure.
All bets are accepted at the Operator's discretion. The Operator reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at any time, including where: the bet exceeds stated maximum limits; there is a technical error in the displayed odds; or where the Operator has reasonable grounds to suspect abuse or manipulation.
In-play (live) markets are subject to rapid price changes and may be suspended or settled at short notice. Once an in-play bet has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. Users should ensure they understand the current odds before confirming any live bet.
Cricket markets — including PSL, ICC tournaments, bilateral Pakistan series and other international matches — are settled in accordance with the Operator's published cricket betting rules. 698pkr does not claim any official affiliation, partnership or endorsement from PCB, PSL, ICC or any participating cricket board or team. All cricket references are used for sporting context only.
Bets may be voided where: the event does not take place on the scheduled date; the bet was placed at an erroneously displayed price; the market was suspended at the time of bet placement; or the Operator determines that the integrity of the event has been compromised. Voided bets are returned to the User's Account balance as a stake refund.
Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random-number generation (RNG) or live dealer processes as applicable. RTP (Return to Player) figures where published by the game provider are indicative over a statistically significant number of rounds and are not a guarantee of individual session results.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate Account suspension, cancellation of winnings and potential legal action:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 698pkr, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of profits, technical errors, Platform unavailability or interruptions in service.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other matter where exclusion of liability is prohibited by applicable law.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 698pkr makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability or fitness for any particular purpose of information provided on the Platform.
Pakistan has gambling restrictions in place, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977, and related provincial legislation. The lawful status of online and remote gambling activities in Pakistan can depend on applicable law, the jurisdiction of the operator's licence, and the user's location. 698pkr does not claim to be licensed, approved, regulated or endorsed by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial authority, or any Pakistani bank or financial institution.
